Would you care too share the recipe? My sis' birthday is next week, and her absolute fav is Key Lime pie. So I usually try to make it for her, instead of a birthday cake!
Blend 1 14 oz.can of sweetened condensed milk,1/2 cup Key Lime juice,and the grated peel of 1 lime together,add 2 egg yolks and 1 egg and beat together.Pour mixture into graham cracker crust, top with mirenge mixture ( beat the two egg white with 4 tablespoons of sugar,added slowly as you beat to soft peaks),and bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes,until the mirenge peaks are browned.Chill before serving.
