I don't know if you got the opportunity to attend a rally during the 2000 campaign, but if you did, and you saw then Governor Bush introduced with the music "Signed, Sealed, Delived.....I'm YOURS"

It was one great Rovian moment!

I not only went to a rally but to debates between the GOP candidates for the president in 2000 in North Augusta, Columbia and Aiken and saw the president (then Governor) in Aiken during a lone appearance. During the Aiken function I got to talk with the president and had my picture taken with him and got his autograph. I told him how much I liked his dad and he stopped on the rope line and talked to me.

He also came to Columbia in October 2001 to campaign for now Governor Sanford and I went to that. It was very moving post 9/11.
