they need to get control of this guy now! he is pushing this too far, and to what end? we don't need this kind of stuff to elect Bush, we just don't need it. it plays well to the base here on FR of course, but we are all already on board.
Keep in mind though that MSNBC at this hour has about 2500 total viewers. Shouldn't do much harm and it is some of the best television I have ever watched in my entire life.
Nobody's watching Matthew's show anyway. What difference does it make.
I think that we're the only 2 on this whole thread that thinks this whole thing may be spun by the media to be a net negative to President Bush. He should have said his piece, and left it at that.
Conservative political junkaholics (such as myself) don't need what Zell is saying, but there are millions of complacent Americans who need to be blasted into real-time truth and painful reality.
Zell has tried to work with these lamebrained typed for years and if you heard his speech, he complained about how they were (my words) still putting their hands over their eyes and ears post-9/11. He knows if 9/11 didn't wake them up, they really need a jolt. So he's doing what he can to kick their sorry behinds out of bed and into the GOP voting line.
