I downloaded the clips from cspan, but the quality is pretty crummy. Plus I don't know how to convert RM to MPEG for DVD burning.
I did the same thing this morning - directed to the iTunes website, and I spent quite a bit of time looking there. Not there. I finally figured out that you have to open up the actual downloading software to find the speeches. If you haven't already downloaded the iTunes software, get the free download. Once that's done, open up the software - the main page has a GOP icon on it. Go there, and it will list the speeches that are available. You will need to create your account first.
