I am betting that their little Inet campaign offices has a little subversion going on. Moveon, or one of the others.

I think if you read the Iowa sites rules & regs, that they mention being aware of the possibility of 'gaming the system', -- and that activity of that sort is monitored constantly.

I doubt seriously that even the archfiend Soros is capable of pulling a fast one on the Iowa eggheads.
