O'Neill knows Kerry. He is jabbing, tweaking, waiting, waiting, waiting. If anybody can get Kerry to blow, it's O'Neill.
It's like poking an animal in cage with a stick. Or another analogy: Kerry will just become deeper emeshed in the quicksand the more he struggles to get out.
