let's see, "I'm against everything he said before he said it".
"coming on strong" in Massachusetts is ONE thing....in a National election quite another......he's flailing it seems to me.....a flailing flip flopper.
Kerry is speaking tomorrow at the American Legion Convention, he already spoke at the VFW, remember? They turned their backs on him/
First the VC confirming Kerry's Vietnam story, and now this. The Kerry team is turning it around. Teresa is a good fit for Iowa. I'm surprised the Kerry team hasn't deployed her to the South more. It's in play. Large Black communities tehre to hear her compelling stories about understanding prejudice via her interactions with her family's many servants in Colonial Africa. Her homages to her first husband are effective too.
He has a house there too? (Along with Boston, Nantucket, Sun Valley and ...?)
Meltdown!!!
"..... too little too late"
So much for letting every candidate have his day in the sun.
Good thing is all these photo ops and forced exposure are creating a backlash. The libs I saw the MTV VMA's with (in a bar listening to jazz with the tv sound OFF) were put off by all of the campaigning being done on MTV. They know how dumb the audience is and how little regard they personally hold for Kerry. They may hate President Bush but then again I never heard a punk song about how great Mondale would have been.
John Kerry has a house in Nantucket,

Sorry, my bad. American Legion.
I was surprised they would let that beast loose too.
should be lots of fun to watch!
They basically don't want the news cycle the day after the election to be about nothing but Bush and the Republicans... So the big political news of the day won't just be GWB's speech, but also Kerry's response.
Since he couldn't get a bounce from his convention he wants to make sure that Bush doesn't get one free news cycle if possible.... I don't think it will work, but that's likely their thinking.
These people truly are bottom-feeders, and my apologizes to bottom-feeders everywhere.
Kerry would probably get a better response addressing the French Foreign Legion.
Thank you for clarifying what might be why he has gone against tradition and making appearances.
I don't think it will work either. I also do not recall Bush going the trail during their convention.
Yes, we had operatives in Boston to counter the speeches and set the record straight.
His selfishness will show, I am sure.
Anyway, Kerry is going to "bring it on!". Right now, in Cambodia, he's at his desk snorting Botox. I heard Kerry scream "jew are nobuddie! jew *uck wit me. you *uck with de best!"
Bush is toast! Kerry has a new jengis kahn outfit he is going to wear to the debates. That's it! All over!

Hours after George W. Bush is to accept the Republican Party's nomination for re-election in New York on Thursday night, Democrat John Kerry plans to respond "Honey, that speech by George Bush got me so excited I can't sleep."
