This would be great! -- but Judicial Watch's percentage of successes on their spectacular claims has been very low. In fact, I wonder if it is above zero, and if so, by how much.

Judicial Watch does a remarkable job of filing massive numbers of lawsuits, none of which, from all I have seen, ever goes to trial or comes to a verdict. They're nothing but a self-promoting publlicity organization that's accomplished close to nothing.

I see alot of people saying this about JW. But I have a question. Why are they losing? Is it because what they are deciding to pursue is bogus or are they just not doing their legal homework prior to shooting off their mouth.

I'm genuinely interested because it seems to me that an organization such as this is badly needed in our country today.

This could also be a setup. It could be a contrived scenario to get as many Republicans (and Bush) on board in pressuring Kerry to release his records, only to have Kerry's record exonerated at the last minute (right before election day). I don't trust Juducial Watch any more. Call me paranoid if you must.
