Dave, I know you (and most Freepers) want a Sherman-esque approach to the Dems. It is precisely the opposite that has given Bush the lead. I'm convinced that he is now reaping the benefits of public opinion based on the good will he extended to the Dems when they only have attacked him for months.

Without question, the Swifties have helped tremendously. But if one believes that Bible---that in by "praying for your enemies, you heap burning coals on their heads"---then that is exactly what has happened here by Bush remaining civil.

We can get into the trenches and fight the Kerrorists. GW since he was sworn in has brought honor and dignity back to the office.

By hammering Kerry, I mean defeating Kerry this November like the defeat Mondale received.
