Seriously though, just seeing a celeb with the star power of Spears (she does have some left I believe) would have been a boost. I am pretty sure she is smart enough to tone it down a bit for the convention itself. Maybe singing the national anthem like she did at the Nascar race a few years ago....maybe if she pulled out that hot leather suit too :-P
