If you wanted to build to a crescendo, you would have had Arnie last. BUT this is not about that. It is about getting the maximum number of people to listen to Arnie. Therefore, the order was right. Agreed. Arnold was on in the "prime" of prime time...most people tuned in to watch him, and then go off to bed (east coast time).
