Cheneys got heckled FROM THE FLOOR by an anti-war (white female) protester and Secret Service took care of her. She struggled against her detainment.
Ya think? It was painful to watch.
Giuliani and McCain should have been primetime.
He talked as though the spouse of the candidate never speaks during a convention -- that's ridiculous.
What these political analysts don't realize from their insulated New York City studios is that the twins seem like normal 22 year old girls who love their dad, not pompous patricians and posers like the Kerry daughters who take after their father.

We don't get it, since we're 40+.
The appeal (if you can call it that) was clearly targeted toward the 18 - 25 crowd.
But I still think the whole schtick was PAINFUL and INAPPROPRIATE. I mean..Sex and the City? C'MON!!
And this following "The Governator" knocking the cover off the ball..
Karl Rove messed up on this one, IMHO. I'll bet $$s we see BIG coverage of the Twins tomorrow on NBC, CBS, etc.

Laura is better than Teresa --we know that.
The twins are good time girls-- not Mensa members-- and we know that.
Only 5 million Americans saw last night. Many more saw this tonight-- we didn't get the bang for our buck tonight. Bill Kristol, who I normally can't stand, said that the last 30 minutes (Laura and the Twins) didn't help W's reelection camapaign.
Kondrake said, "Laura wins the First Lady contest, but the Kerry girls blow away the Twins--who came across like ditzes."
Anyone still watching C-span coverage? This woman is doing a wonderful job.
