Moore is the worst kind of liberal - a man who has gotten rich because he lives in a country where you can safely criticize the government - while downplaying tyranny in Cuba because they have universal health care, oblivious to the irony that someone trying to do the same thing in Cuba that Moore does here wouldn't be rich, he'd be jailed - or executed.
