We should let professional politicians decide which political speech we may hear before elections.
After all, they are experts. Who needs that pesky First Amendment?
to include the provisions regarding religion and petition & referendum.
I understand that the courts are buying the argument that to protect free speech for the "little people" they have to ration the speech of the "more powerful."
