I think John Kerry will give a similar speech the day before the election and get 35% of FReepers to vote for him.

The remark to Mickael MOoreOn.oink was not in the speech (at least I didn't see it), so what he said was from the heart.. bless him for saying it.

Ooops, yes it was.. :-)

Our choice wasn't between a benign status quo and the bloodshed of war.

It was between war and a graver threat. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Not our critics abroad. Not our political opponents.

And certainly not a disingenuous film maker who would have us believe that Saddam's Iraq was an oasis of peace when in fact it was a place of indescribable cruelty, torture chambers, mass graves and prisons that destroyed the lives of the small children held inside their walls.

John McCain did a fantastic job...and Rudy...well there just aren't words to describe how Great his speech was.

Tonight......I saw some very great Americans standing tall and standing up for our Beloved President.

I just know in my heart, that someplace and right this very moment, kerry is having flu-like symptoms.

As great as these words are in print, they don't convey how hard McCain slammed Moore out of the park. It was as if McCain dumped gas on the crowd, and threw a match on them. Moore just sat there chewing his gum with a slack jawed grin on his face, oblivious to what a laughingstock he really is.

Funny, you should say that. Giuliani's speech had the ring of Shakespearean drama about it.

You're right..."as prepared for delivery" doesn't come close to how it sounded and was viewed! I have it on tape.

Moore probably ate his first born.

That would actually require Jabba the Moore to know firsthand about the birds and the bees.
