Can you imagine if a cadre of rightwing coders began launching Denial of Service attacks on DU/MoveOn/Mother Jones/Salon/MichaelMooron?

The ACLU would be suing the RNC for squelching "free speech".

Actually, I wouldn't mind having a ruling on the books stating that 'hacking' was protected speech. I can think of several things I could do to some folks on the Left with a ruling like that.
