If so it was formulated by a Canadian Nurse who's last name was Caisse in the early 1920's after seeing a woman with breast cancer cured by an Inuit medicine man with his formula of this herbal concoction. She studied it and refined it. It is said to work. The real thing only comes in liquid form, not a powder so I am told by a Canadian Doctor who is an Inuit Indian. She is said to have never given the formula to drug companies because of the abuse that would take place, but did give it to some holistic doctors.
