Assassination Of Senators By Vietnam Veterans Against The War Ad
FOX News | 8/30/04 | JoeGar

On FOX And Friends First, I saw an advertisement today mentioning that Kerry's Vietnam Veterans Against The War voted, in the early 1970s, whether to assassinate some U.S. Senators. Who is running this ad? I missed the ad's sponsor.

I had heard there is a new group that was to start running ads. Guess that might be one of theirs.

This ad is stupid and over the top. I am not giving these guys any donations. Also, I have asked the Swifties to stop running Ad #3 which is lame, and run #2 like crazy instead. By far the most devastating ad I have seen. Everyone I talk to is affected by the POW ad.

Swiftees #3 ad is Garder saying that he was on Kerry's boat in December '68 and January '69, and they never went to Cambodia. That's all it coveres, 30 seconds.

But, he WAS on the same boat. And he WAS NEVER in Cambodia.

If the former League of Families of POWs MIAs were allowed to tell their tales of John Kerry
using them to get himself into a position of trust...

and into Vietnam to talk to his commie buddies about the POW MIA issue..and while the commies were wining and dining John F. Kerry their husbands and fathers were dying of easily curable diseases or being tortured, worked to death or simply shot....

Kerry was being fed the lines the commies wished him to communicate and for his trouble Kerry was promised certain concession for his family and patrons...

Kerry not only betrayed the POWs who were returned to us but also the MIAs and POWs who were never returned or heard from again.....though he had plenty of help from within....

Kerry voted on assasinating U.S. Senators. Why are trying to cover it up?

I agree that ad #2 is extremely effective.

But ad #3 has its good points:

1. It counters the lie that Lanny Davis et al. have been peddling that ALL the crewmen on Kerry's swift boats support him now.

2. It concentrates on Kerry's most glaring lie, i.e. the Christmas in Cambodia fairy tale.

3. It showcases Steve Gardner, who I think is effective and absolutely believable, and who is a plainspoken enlisted vet. It's good to have an enlisted guy speaking up, since most of the other vets showcased are former officers.

This ad is stupid and over the top.

Maybe you should get informed before making such a statment. John Kerry and the VVAW were both investigated by the FBI for assanation plots to kill seven US Senators.

Of course F'n says this was all happening after he left as the head of the VVAW. Then again, he has a small problem with time frames doesn't he.

Kerry's VVAW group met in Kansas City in 1971 and discussed plots to assasinate three senators that were for the war. Read "Unfit For Command" and get the truth. The media will not tell you the whole story, only what Kerry wants you to know about him. He is a very evil man.

It is possible that this man is worse than BJ Clinton!

Dudue, the VVAW did vote to assasinate sitting senators and John Kerry was present for the debate. It was his duty as a Naval Officer to report this sedition to the proper Naval and Civilian authorities. That he didn't speaks very poorly of him and his respect for the oaths he takes.

Some are saying that Kerry and Company's assasination plot extended beyond the 4 senators to also include the president. Kerry needs to come clean on his vote on the subject and why he did not report the plot to the FBI.

No, it's not over the top. the fact is VVAW DID conspire to murder members of the senate. And JF'nKwas at the meeting. As a serving naval reserve officer he had a DUTY to report this. He did not. This violates AT LEAST Art. 104 of the UCMJ.
