If they are captured should they not be questioned or if they are held are they not captured???

“If they are captured should they not be questioned or if they are held are they not captured???” The CENTCOM news release could have been a little more precise, but I suspect that "two were held for questioning" meant that two were kept for questioning by our forces and the remainder were turned over to Afghani forces.
