Maybe they could just dismantle it and send to a needy country.. . . Afterall, Iran sits on a huge pool of oil and certainly doesn't have any energy need for this "plant".
Look, I do not like the Mullahs and their possible secret projects but as an Iranian, I am sure we need Nuclear energy to produce Electricity.
our Oil & Gas will be finished soon and we can sell it to promote Iran.
We should not let this expensive material being burnt for electricity.
I want nuclear energy for electricity and we started this project in 1970s during the Shah, so I hope we finish it soon.
