The tire is there. Not cut off. It is a road bike with narrow/smaller tire. Seeing it next to Hybrid or mountain bikes it could appear damaged

The tire is there. Not cut off. Thanks. It was a bit hard to tell since that was a VIDCAP. (That, and my eyes aren't what they used to be).
