Somebody needs to tell Carl that the U.S. fought TWO wars with Great Britain, yet the two have been allies in combat for almost a century now. Or that the United States, under one Democrat President, fought against the Soviets in Russia in the 1920's yet supported and fought as allies only two decades later under another Dem. In other words he needs to get a clue.
