Yeah - I was proud of Howard. The spot does a good job of reminding Americans that what our troops are doing is noble and necessary.

The flippin' media spends every day doing the Michael Moore routing - saying that our troops have created a mess in Iraq and that all was hunky dorey before "Operation Iraqi Freedom" and that Saddam would never have worked with terrorists to kill Americans.

The media is right. Things were better in Iraq before the invasion.

No, things weren't better for the people of Iraq.
Or the peoples of neighboring nations.
Or the security of the world.
Or the cause of freedom.

But things were MUCH BETTER for Uday Hussein before the invasion. Yeah, Uday was doing a whole bunch better off with his dad in power.

Now he can't rape and torture no more. He can't murder at will or squander millions of dollars of the Iraqi people's money anymore. He can't even breathe anymore, for that matter.

Oh, The injustice!
It's a good thing we have the Media there to stick up for the downtrodden little bugger. Screw the other 25 million....

I had check this out as I had this group's title confused with the one spearheaded by New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson. His is Moving America Forward. It can get confusing out there in the 527 world.

Great ad by the way. Thanks for posting it.

Yeah, you're right - the names ARE confusing.

FYI - Move America Forward is a 501c3 non-profit group (which means they can advertise during the final 60 days).

527's (I'm going off your statement that Richardson's "Moving America Forward" is a 527) cannot advertise in the final 60 days.
