Thanks before this article I thought it was a Bronze Star with a "V." Is he claiming the "V" on ony a Bronze Star or both one Bronze Star and his Silver Star or all three Stars?

The Bronze Star and the Silver Star are NEVER awarded with a V device.

Kerry got some 'splainin' to do.
