Actually I believe this story is true. Howard is acting like a Democratic opportunist, and Bush of ALL things he is, is LOYAL and means what he says. Blair has backed him to the hilt, and remained loyal, and W would die rather than support a weasel like Howard in an attempt to impeach Blair. Hooray that we have a President who means what he says.
The Tories under Iain Duncan Smith supported the war.
The Tory party then turfed out IDS, and put in Michael Howard (who is pathetic)
I wouldn't be at ALL suprised if this is true.
And Howard would deserve the chiding.
If I were President Bush, I'd do the same. :)
