Does the CA governor have line item veto?

If he does, than Arnold can sign the bill this was attached to and just cross out the license for illegals part.

Do we know what bill did they attach it to?

Dosen't matter, whatever the damn bill they pasted it onto it should be vetoed -

Veto the whole thing Arnold - force THEM to go back and pass the "must-pass" again...

I think the Governor only has line item veto for appropriations bills.
