I'm sure it exists all over the world....but yes I do agree that one of the problems is our failed public school system..

Nope. Just in America and Canada where the drug companies and shrinks rule the day. Doesn't happen anywhere else on earth. Perhaps the space aliens are only directing their ADHD rays down at us North Americans. And those terrible ADHD rays stop right at the Mexican border.
