"Don't come back," one teenager yelled.

How I envy that kid. He will never see or hear from them again. I can only wish.

There are better things to be doing over their graves than yelling. . .Eh?

If I am ever standing with you at their graves, expect me to say something to you like "I can't go while you're watching."

Someday when they are dead and gone, I'm gonna stand over their graves and yell like that teenager. "And Don't come BACK!"

Please contact me when you do. I'd like to show up with a bottle of good single malt scotch and savor the experience.

Mrs Clinton, the senator for New York,

Gee, I didn't know she was the only Senator from New York.......

Oh, play one for Bill! 'I Useta Love her' sounds appropriate! (And have a pint for me! *S*)

I keep hearing the one and only Hank: "Why Don't You Love Me Like You Useta Do?"

Thanks a lot. Really. Now that song is going to be playing in my head for the rest of the night.

Wishing you all the best on that loveliest of places to live. I had the good fortune to live there 3 years, from '78 to '81. Returned several times for visits. When there I lived in County Down, just outside of Portadown. I have many pleasant memories...

Aww, thank you.
I live on the opposite end of the country, but County Down is a very beautiful place. I've been up around Newcastle a few towns and have been stunned by how naturally breathtaking it is.

Again, thanks for the kind words for my homeplace.

Indeed I have. Taking nothing away from Wales or Scotland...there's just something about Ireland.

BTW, I had a feeling someone would pipe in aboot Scotland as soon as I posted #34.    =;^)
