When I update my Windows ME with their critical updates, it seems to get rid of my ability to use different color backgrounds. I use grey as it's easier on your eyes, and hopefully I wont go blind in the next few years. Grey is suppose to be easiest on the eyeballs.
In any event, when I install the updates it kills my ability to use background colors.
Any ideas how to correct this?
And I already know, Win/ME sucks.
HAHAHAHAHA. I saw that yesterday. Had to clean off my monitor from the coffee spewage.
Doesn't one of the definitions of "insanity" have something to do with doing the same thing over and over again, while expecting different results? I guess users of microsoft windows are insane by definition. ;-)
bttt
I just installed SP2 and so far all programs are working well.
The only problem (and it's a biggie) is that I cannot right click on any files within Windows Explorer. Also, I cannot highlight any files and choose "delete." If I do, all I get is an hourglass followed by a restart of the explorer.exe.
Sucks.
What is the benefit of Service pack 2?
Security mostly. And the fact that MS is dropping support for anything prior to SP2.
