I think the problem with his salute is that he suffers from a lack of normal male virility---femininization resulting from chronic low levels of androgens.

We also see this problem when he throws a baseball.

I am thinking one of the potency enhancing drugs might effect an increased masculinization and result in the ability to execute and maintain a proper military salute.

Ever since the Swift Boat Veterans started talking about the "Girlie-Manchurian" Candidate's REAL record in Vietnam, it appears that the Botox Boy cannot even sneak into a formerly "safe" hard left enclave like Santa Monica without having to face crowds of protesters who insist on sharing their opinion that he is "Unfit for Command."
On Thursday, August 26, when Senator Kerry's entourage arrived at the swanky Fairmont Miramar Hotel in this rent-controlled beach community just outside Los Angeles for a "secret" $5,000/plate fundraiser with Tony Bennett and his "Limousine Liberal" buddies from "La La Land," they were greeted by members of the Hollywood Resistance Force (a.k.a. the L.A.
