BWAA-HA-HA-HAA!!! "Southern Partisan" is not exactly a journal of record. I always thought that was hysterical. They secede from the union out of FEAR the Union might TRY to do something that Lincoln campaigned AGAINST, launch an attack (what, a Pre-emptive strike?) on a military base located within the confederacy, and then call it "aggression" when the North sends some troops down there to quell the insurrection. Geez, man, you guys are a riot.
It also isn't called War of Southern Rebellion for nothing. Maybe Davis should have listened to Toombs before shooting up Sumter.
