"What, you want good press for your failed invasion from the people you invaded? Not gonna happen."

Geez. Can we have at least a little historical accuracy here? If you want to talk about invasions you need to start with Manassas where the north began the conflict by invading Virginia. It's not called the War of Northern Aggression for nothing.

Uh, Yeah... Of course the North invaded the South; Of course Gettysburg was a counter-invasion. But if you think that means that Pennsylvania should've been more *welcoming* to the invaders, geez buddy...

BWAA-HA-HA-HAA!!! "Southern Partisan" is not exactly a journal of record. I always thought that was hysterical. They secede from the union out of FEAR the Union might TRY to do something that Lincoln campaigned AGAINST, launch an attack (what, a Pre-emptive strike?) on a military base located within the confederacy, and then call it "aggression" when the North sends some troops down there to quell the insurrection. Geez, man, you guys are a riot.

It also isn't called War of Southern Rebellion for nothing. Maybe Davis should have listened to Toombs before shooting up Sumter.
