Anyone know why he was permitted to testify before Congress wearing his hair so long? Wasn't he still in the Reserves and subject to the uniform regs?

An even bigger question is why the congressional dims didn't allow O'Neill to offer any rebuttal to this crap. The dims and the media were as complicit in getting our troops killed as was this puke.

The dims and media are trying their best to do the same thing in Iraq now as they did then.
