So glad to see that he's been cleared of the most serious charges! I applaud what he said. If you can't make that kind of speech from the pulpit of a Christian church where on earth could you make it. I am a bit disappointed that at his level, and in his capacity, that he was either not aware of the protocol for making the speech or ignored it. God bless him!
