Actually O'Neill concerns me a bit....He says he's against Kerry, would have perferred Edwards in the primary. He's repeatedly said he's not for Bush. ...He's a democrat from way back...Supported Humphry---Gore. I'd like to know his objective>>>>is it just to get rid of Kerry or replace him with Edward/CLinton.

O'Neill has said he does not care about the Presidency - it's Commander in Chief that he has issues with.
I tend to agree. Unfit For Command. He can be anything else he wishes - but leave our military alone. He was unfit in Nam. He sure as hell is unfit for the war we are in now.
He doesnt want a dishonorable SOB that smeared him and other military men to become CinC ... Kerry is 'unfit for command'.
Take him at his word. It's the only story that makes sense.
He doesnt seem to be a very political type beyond this one issue.
One should never judge another's motives based upon our own.
O'Neill's personal politics don't concern me one bit. Swift Boat Veterans just want to make sure that Kerry doesn't get to be Commander in Chief. That's what this whole thing is about. Kerry is UNFIT FOR COMMAND.
