No, its not Gardner because Kerry was still in his training month (of the four months and two weeks). Rear Admiral William Schachte is one, one which the others have disputed as not being on the Boston whaler. So, perhaps one of the other two has joined forces with the SBVT.
It wont be long before a few of his Band of "Pampered" Brothers start exiting the scene in order to save face
