Did the New Jersey Supreme court approve the mulligan vote?
I notice that dims never seem to do things by the rules. Is it just me or is it true.

a handful of Democrats pressed the vote button at their own desk, then calmly walked to the empty desk of another member of the Assembly and voted a second time. Thats just unbelievable!
I know nothing about CA law, but that can't be legal.
I suppose a blind eye is turned toward this if it's done for the "obvious common good."
I'm going to go throw up now.

Also, why couldn't some other (Republican) members of the legislature press buttons for the Democrats? No, that would violate the king's X provision of the do-over rules. Unfreakin believable.

Send this to Roger Hitchcock, Hugh Hewitt, Tom Sullivan and all the other California based political talk show hosts and ask if they have ever heard of "Ghost Voting"

Don't forget about John & Ken. This seems like something they would expose.

"I'd wager Ronnie Barrett would have a few select words about this." Sorry, I'm having hell with this company computer.
Ronnie Barrett, or a representative of Barrett Firearms, was probably there.
He was probably chewing on a bullet - .50 caliber.

"This is what ALL Calif. legislators call "ghost voting" or just a Democrat practice?" I'll try to find out.
In the many e-mails I've had from the FCI, I know they hate the Democrats with a passion.

"It really does happen all the time in all the states." I'm not sure it happens on a regular basis on a REvote.
To: Eaker
This doesn't surprise me at all. Up to the time I left CA in mid-2000, it was quite apparent that the statist demo-socialists have such an overwhelming hedgemony in all three branches of the CA state government, they just do whatever the hell they please. Their tyranny becomes ever more blatant and arrogant. If their disarmament agenda falls short one year, it's always back the next, with interest.
So now, with the state budget collapsing under it's own weight, problems with massive illegal immigration, etc., etc., these tin-pot Neros still find time to fiddle while Rome burns.
It will be interesting to see what Arnie will do.

And why is the only binding vote the one where the measure passes. Why can't the antis demand another vote on the chance t might fail? Reminds me of EU ratification votes. If the answer comes up no, we can always hold another election, but if the answer is yes, then the people have spoken.

By then it truly will be a sniper gun...with them on the wrong end.
