PBAs are performed from the 6th month on, WHEN THE BABY IS VIABLE OUTSIDE THE WOMB!
So, I repeat, stopping the birth to kill the baby, while only the head remains in the birth canal, is MORE DANGEROUS than continuing with the live birth.
When I hear of things like this, I'm reminded of a theory that I've developed over the last few years: that the U.S. is now run by two de facto governments.
The President and Legislature are the elected representatives of the people and are now in charge of foreign policy almost exclusively.
All Domestic and social policy is now set by an unchecked, unelected, increasingly dictatorial judiciary, with little or no regard for the will of the American people or their rights.
If you think that this is too far-fetched, ask yourself this question. Who or what in all the land can check the powerful decisions of the Supreme Court of the United States? Congress? The president? the states?
