Oreilly just told the DNC chairman that it would be a good idea for Kerry to hold a press conference int he middle of the GOP convention and "answer" questions that the Swift Vets are asking. However, if he does, I'll bet that he doesn't allow anyone except the most liberal reporters to attend and they will all throw softballs.

According to the story, 18 percent of respondents "believe that Kerry misrepresented his war record and does not deserve his war medals."

Be interesting if they didn't ask a compound question and instead simply asked "Do you believe Kerry misrepresented his war record?"

BTW, that ugliness took a VERY long time to develop. One of his major problems is that there is no "attractive" inner being for him to fall back on -- to present to the public. He has let evil consume him and he is forever unattractive to anyone who would look deeply for the truth.

nicely put.

He better have the grace to back off during the RNC just like Bush did during the DNC (isn't that a type of abortion?)

Kerry is going down, literally.

Kerry no doubt plans some type of apology on "60 Dem-Propaganda Minutes" this weekend just before the GOP Convention in hopes of taking the momentum away from President Bush.

Bush supporters with help from the Swifties should somehow figure a way to disrupt this obvious phony attempt at contrition.

Kerry would apologize to the devil himself at this point if it meant taking the heat off his sorry North Vietnam supporting ass.

Bush needs 3 things here:

1. Stay with the facts...keep on Kerry's senate record and his own words. That is his worst enemy...himself.

2. Have the best speech possible during the convention...talk about the next 4 yrs and your plans for the economy, fuel, and the war on terror..stay away from gay marriage and any other minimal DNC talking points.

3. Stay positive..never go negative..the Dem's are doing plenty of it and dying slowly. Have a strong debate with a positive attitude.

If Bush does these things he will win the same states as last time with a pick up of +2. My predictions Pennsylvania and New Mexico.

George Soros must be chomping at the bit because the Dems fell for Kerry's primary campaign.

Speaking of the primaries: I wonder if the dems are regretting their decision to rush the primary process? A proper primary vetting process would have brought Kerry's warts to light and they would have either (a) let the issue play out early and let it wane from the American public's notoriously short attention span, or (b) pick another candidate. Oh well--live and learn.

They don't conside vetting. They thought they and the complicit media could cover it up/ lie about it. That's what they get!

I'd like to see primaries run till the convention, and then the delegates vote the way their state voted...

The liberal Dems would have NEVER seen these as warts. Its the American public who recoil from this man when exposed with the truth supplied by the Swiftvets.

Bad idea on Kerry's part to bring up his problems right before a non-stop republican fiesta. He gets an hour vs. a week for the repbulicans to dissect and destroy his boo-hoo moment.

Kerry truly is getting some bad advice from somewhere.

I remember a day before the elections in 2002 a lefty I check in on was predicting 3 Senate seats and possible tie in the House for the Democrats. The polls were even inkling at a tight race. I remember Mondale was supposed to win by a slim but comfortable margin. It seems to me like GOP voters simply are not being polled like they used to be.

Perhaps because their social status tends to make them avoid telemarketers and phone calls from strangers.
