I am saying that they are using this as stage one in their attempts to ban the Bible as hate speech.
Obviously I am pretty dense, I just got the point of your post. Of course I believe in freedom of speech, I do not think the Bible is hate speech. It is just that I think that people who say 'kill the fags' are the same as people who say 'kill the Jews' or 'kill the blacks'.
