I agree Russians used pretty much everything short of nukes. And achieved little progress in the last 10 years. They already killed/tortured anyone they could get their hands on. I dont think there is really a next notch they can take except for comitting a complete genocide ala Stalin.
There is nothing wrong with a conscript army: the Israeli's and South Koreans do quite well with their own and don't have the feminization problems we have.
I'd be willing to bet the Russians on board took these hijackers into the ground, just like in Pennsylvania.
