Or, is this just another import from China to be manufactured specially for Canadians and Americans?
Thank you (blushing).
I know Judge Homer quite well from a professional standpoint. He's definately not a bleeding heart activist liberal judge. If he turned these guys loose, then there must be some serious weaknesses in the Gov's case.
Blood feud has stained Caucasus for 300 years

IF the twin air crashes in Russia are found to be the work of Chechen terrorists, they would be the latest blows in a cycle of bloodshed dating back almost 300 years.
Chechnya's relations with Russia have been stained by violence ever since the Tsars first tried to exert their influence over the wild mountain tribes of the Caucasus in the 18th century.
It was the Chechen Sheikh Mansur who first declared holy war on the advancing Russians, uniting the disparate tribes of the North Caucasus and mobilising resistance until his capture in 1791.
But the most famous Chechen rebel was the mullah and warrior Imam Shamil, who pioneered guerilla warfare against the Russians in the Caucasian War of 1817-1864.
The current rebel leader, Shamil Basayev, bears his name and claims to be descended from one of his lieutenants.
Kazakhstan working with Uzbekistan in terror investigation

Tashkent. (Interfax) - Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are closely cooperating in investigating the terror attacks in Uzbekistan in spring and summer 2004, Kazakh Ambassador Tleukhan Kabdrakhmanov told a news conference in Tashkent on Tuesday.
"A joint Uzbek-Kazakh team is looking for the masterminds behind the terror attacks in Uzbekistan," he said.
The team was set up following a spate of attacks in the capital and the Tashkent and Bukhara regions in March and April, which killed 47 people, 33 of them terrorists, and injured 35, Kabdrakhmanov said.
The team is also looking for the organizers of the Tashkent bombing attacks outside the Prosecutor General's Office and the U.S. and Israeli Embassies on July 30, he said. In these attacks, seven people died, including three terrorists, and seven others were injured.
"The prosecution services, the Interior Ministries and special services of the two countries are maintaining close cooperation. The joint team has worked in Jambul region and moved to the South Kazakhstan region," Kabdrakhmanov said.
The team has not yet completed its work, he said. Its findings will hopefully be made public, Kabdrakhmanov said.
Avaz Shoyusupov, a Kazakh citizen, was identified by the defendants in the trial of the perpetrators of the March 28-April 1 bombing attacks as one of their accomplices.
But then, clear across the country, another victim of a "rare" bacteria:
Strange Rashes caused by Genetically Altered Food
Kind of makes me think hmmmmmmm, isn't a lot of what we buy at the grocery store imported - and what do we know about it and its origins?
Just got on---any new horrific updates?
Re- Clintons. Good info. We need to keep track of when those who possible could have advance warning might depart US entirely- or at least major cities.
Recall Hillary saying that something major would happen prior to the elections....hmmmm
I always thought the Clintons might leak some scoop on Kerry (the young girlfriend; med. records) prior to him becoming the nominee- but this did not happen. I had thought maybe at that point Hillary might step in with Edwards.
Now (paranoia) I am wondering if Clintons could be aware that something SO major might happen that Hillary would have a chance to snag power, somehow....
I was just about to link it here. It is interesting possibility - dont you think?
So glad you are back, JP! (Missed the rhetoric referred to entirely)
Or could planes have been shot down?

Dow Jones Newswires
NEW YORK (Dow Jones/AP) -- Some Merrill Lynch & Co. brokers who work in a Manhattan skyscraper allegedly targeted by terrorists are asking for transfers to other locations.
More than 80 brokers in Merrill's branch in the Citicorp Center building, including several top producers, told supervisors in recent weeks that their customers are loathe to visit the office, said a person close to some brokers.
The 59-story Citicorp building and the New York Stock Exchange have been staked out for terrorist attacks for several years, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has warned......

whoa- now that's interesting. So more likely suicide bombers than a shoot down...
Re- Russian planes. What is also interesting is no claims of responsibility.
I have wondered for some time- just a thought- if the Russkie's might stage something on their soil- making them look like victims of terrorism- before the major threatened "hits" on the US....
