Interesting thing, your description of this book reminds me of what my thoughts were as a 16-17 year old. I graduated in l974, my history class visited WDC, including the White House in fall of 1973. Quite a "searing" event to see a president being forced out of office via the help of what was dubbed "Deep Throat".

Those MIA's have always bothered me, and the attempt of the left from Hollywood to the leftist leaders to portray this war as "unjust" to the criminal was 'satanic'.

Much thanks goes to my father, who served in Korea, came home with the colors to a parade in New York City. The NYTimes gave a small column describing that parade about soldiers passing out due to the heat and their hot uniforms. My dad told about being ordered to get out of uniform as soon as the parade was over, because the military did not want to piss off the "commies" in town as they were getting ready for their "MAY" day celebration.

This haunted my father till the day he died, that he was sent to Korea to fight the "commies" yet upon his return home he needed to get out of uniform so as not to piss them off.

The Vietnam story was never given the rightful perspective to this nation, that it was Soviet Communism that was setting up shop in Vietnam and it was the Soviets along with China continuing to secretly and not so secretly fund the North Vietnam warriors as well as setting up shop in our faces in this nation.

What JFKerry did upon his return was to establish this same methodology of "terrorist" underground in this nation with plenty of help from the likes of his father.

This war in Iraq which JFKerry and his "like minded" groupies have attempted to "recreate" into a "reenactment" of Vietnam is EVIL.

JFKerry phone call over the weekend to a former Navy Commander is quite telling. JFKerry has lived his life plotting and planning to get power and authority to once and for all establish himself as "king" because he is far superior in a sense of royalty.
