I just caught this thing 10 minutes ago and thought, "Great, his speech must be over. I can follow the thread and see what he said." HA! was I wrong. I kept fishing through here, get to the end ALMOST AN HOUR AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO START, and no Kerry!
How long does it take to pen a concession speech anyway?
