here's my fearless prediction..Kerry's trotting out newly discovered "vets" to support his story, because he's really hurting from the SBV ads...because of the haste, they aren't being properly "vetted"..( pun intended)...ands one or more will turn out not to have been there at all..

I am sure that there has been a massive search of records for other Swiftboat vets... and I am sure that a few of them have been found who are willing (properly compensated, of course) to back up Kerry's playbook.
Maybe he is going to try to reduce it to a numbers game. The SWV have 250 and I have 150 so there is enough room for disagreement - blah, blah, blah... Bush put 'em up to it... blah, blah, blah...fog of war... blah, blah, blah...
The thing is, if he does that, he will still be fighting the first ad and to my mind, the second ad is far more damaging. I doubt seriously that he is going to find many people willing to stand up and say they committed the war crimes he tars them with.
So -- expect the unexpected.
He's going to go nuclear, that's for sure. But just what kind of bomb he is going to pull out of his bloomers, we'll just have to wait and see.
