Fox will cover the speech live...one key question..will Kerry take questions from the press. Will he be asked to release his contemporaneous diaries? Will he be asked to release his complete military records? Will he attempt to mitigate his hideous testimony to the Senate accusing Americans of War crimes?..Will he say he was wrong about being in Cambodia?

Well, this evil Republican gave them 2 donations.
I found out yesterday my uncle used to do the maintenance on Swift Boats, but this was before JK was there. He worked in a VA hospital for the next 35 years, and his only comment was "That Damn Kerry", before he handed the phone over to my aunt.
Awards evolve. During the Civil War, the Medal of Honor was handed out for being a Lincoln funeral honor guard.
Early in World War II, the Purple Heart was also given out for meritorious service.
The World War II requirements set down by EXECUTIVE ORDER 9277, dated December 3, 1942 stated:
" The Secretary of the Navy is authorized and directed to award the Purple Heart in the name of the President of the United States to persons who, while heretofore or hereafter serving in any capacity with the Navy, Marine Corps or Coast Guard of the United States are wounded in action against an enemy of the United States, or as a result of an act of such enemy, provided such wound necessitates treatment by a medical officer. "
