Keep your eye on Jonathan Stein. Only a second-year law student at Hofstra, hes already using his legal skills to bug the Liberal establishment. He seems most creative to me.
Jonathan Stein considers himself an activist, a single citizen who wants to see if he alone can make a difference in the political process. Here is some of his projects. He filed a complaint with the Senate Ethics Committee for violating a law that prohibits paying a senator for time he does not attend. In this case, Senator John Kerry who got 100% of his pay for attending only 13% of the sessions. The Senate said they were not going to enforce this law because they had never enforced it before.
Stein is running TV ads in Indiana illustrating John Kerry s record of avoiding important issues. Other ads criticize Democrats for inspiring public anger against the Bush administration without explaining how they would do any better.
And hes not after just Kerry. He filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission challenging the right of the New York Times to use its slogan, All the news thats fit to print. He says its deceptively untrue, and that the Times has abused its power and violated the FTC Act.
Can one man make a difference? Michael Moore, you may just have met your match.

It doesn't have anything to do with Moore. I like the idea of turning the liberal establishment against itself with lawsuits, though.

Don't worry...you don't eat like Michael Moore...that would be more like our friend Krispy ;)....Oh, and remember your side hand woman ;-P
For all of you who don't know Jonathan, he is much thinner and better looking than Michael Moore could ever be if he say, took a shower, combed his hair, lost weight....etc.

yeah, I'd resent the comparison to Michael Moore. He's no liberal superman, he's just an obnoxious, lying, pig.

Michael Moore made a relatively big splash because of the obvious - water displacement. Mr. Stein does so because he raises legitimate questions and, with terrier instinct, doesn't let go. Big difference.
