Take a pill, dude. You're drooling. And making a fool out of yourself. You do not recognize awesome political maneuvering and poke playing when it's being played out in front of you.
Bush is not a strong defender of the First Amendment. That's not new, since he signed CFR a while back. So his statement here is no surprise, though still very disappointing. I would like to hear him say something like "The right to criticize political candidates is a basic freedom enjoyed by all Americans, and I plan to protect and defend that right even when it is inconvenient for me to do so."
