Who knows what Bush said. We'll just have to wait a little. It would be great for him to ask that the ads be pulled. The Swiftvets can just say, "Thanks for your opinion, but we think we will keep on saying what we believe." Bush then can take the high road and have it both ways, unless this whole thing starts to create sympathy for Kerry, a danger that should not be discounted.

Not- Pres. Bush has more brains than to ask them to pull
ad.,.,all he has to say is- The campaigns all have outside groups presenting their viewpoints...that is what "free
speech" is about. His statement said ..all Ads should
use more restraint..didn't point out the Ads by O'Neil
and the Vietnam veterans...media trying to make it look like he just is pointing at the good guys....NOT.
