Hmmmm ... me wonders if a crime has perhaps been committed? Is the intentional mixing up of a business' inventory to keep it from servicing it's customers an act of vandalism? Is Air America engaging in a conspiracy to commit vandalism?

Since this would impact sales of books that, presumably, are from publishers from another state, this might be construed as restraint of trade in interstate commerce.

I hate to be an ass...well, maybe hate is a strong word.
But Freepers have discussed doing this type of thing for years! When Rosie's magazine came out, many would turn it around on the newsstands. Some have moved or hidden Hillary's books and Bill's doorstop.
