Think about what we aren't seeing and hearing: Daschle, Gephardt, Kennedy, Dean, Pelosi, Clinton, McAuliffe, Jackson---all the usual Democrat paladins are silent. Instead, only the second stringers are speaking up for Kerry---Estrich, Podesta...

This suggests Kerry has a real bad case of cooties.

More like a Kiss Of Death Syndrome. And the Clintons are making sure the Democratic establishment keeps its distance. They're cutting their losses. Their actions speak louder than words and Democratic Party big-wigs are not exactly stepping forward to clean up Kerry's self-inflicted mess for him.
